Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop electronic circuits and systems for various applications.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electronic components and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electronic systems.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in electronics engineering and technology.
- Shape new product requirements, oversee technical specifications, guide designs through prototyping and testing, and drive successful product launches.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in electronics design and development.
- Proficiency in using electronic design software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in engineering software like SolidWorks PCB, Fusion 360 PCB, PCB, and PC Worx.
- Strong grasp of lighting fundamentals and expertise in Electronics Design Engineering, PCB design, LED arrays, and mathematical skills.
- Competencies in structured text, C, C++, and JavaScript programming.
- PLC programming to IEC 61131-3 standards.
- Familiarity with LED technology, power supply, heat sink thermodynamics, optics, and Solid-State Lighting components.
- Experience with DALI controls.
- Project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different functions and geographies.
